💡 If the property is mortgaged, a minimum of 50% of the value or AED 750,000 must be paid to the bank along with a letter of no objection from the bank.

Documents needed to apply for Property visa
- Property Title Deed: The letter from the Real Estate Registration Department in your emirate, confirming that you own one or more properties worth at least AED 2 million in total. The document says that the properties are fully yours.
- Passport: A copy of your passport and any relevant visas.
- Health insurance: Certificate confirming valid health insurance coverage.
- Application form: A completed visa application form, which you can usually find online or at the relevant government office.
How to apply for Property visa
- Set all documents: Follow the list on the official website of Dubai Land Department.
- Get your reference letter: Then obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct from the Dubai Police Department.
